Making a purchase 

1. Are the prices GST-free?

For this closed group exclusive sale, all the prices reflected on the products are GST/tax-free.

2. How do I make a purchase?

To shop at Shilla Secret Store:

  • To add items in your cart, click on “ADD TO CART” for the item you wish to purchase
  • To change the quantity of the item, select the quantity by clicking on the arrow or typing out the quantity you would like
  • To review the items in your cart, click on the ‘Cart’ link, located at the top right of the page
  • Review your order at the Cart Page. Once you are ready to place the order, click on ‘ CHECK OUT’
  • Fill in all necessary details for your shipping details (we do not deliver to PO BOX), click on ‘Continue to shipping’
  • Verify your contact information & shipping address. Once it is verified, choose the shipping method and click on ‘Continue to payment’
  • Take note of the details under the Payment section and proceed to ‘Complete order’
  • Proceed to make payment through Internet Banking or ATM Bank Deposit
  • Confirm your payment by submitting the payment receipt through an email to ann.ngswee@samsung.com with the subject as “Order #____ proof of payment” (e.g. Order #1278 proof of payment).
    IMPORTANT NOTE when you make payment for your order:

    1. Payment should be within 24 hours of order submission to avoid order cancellation.

3. How long does it take to confirm my order?

Orders are confirmed once payment has been confirmed. After you have paid, do confirm your payment by submitting the payment receipt through an email to ann.ngswee@samsung.com with the subject as “Order #____ proof of payment” (e.g.Order #1278 proof of payment).

You should receive a payment confirmation email within 1 to 2 working days.In the event it does not appear in your inbox, please reach out to us at ann.ngswee@samsung.com with your Order #, name, contact number, payment receipt and a short description.

 

4. What happens after my payment has been verified?

Once you receive the payment verification email, we will be working hard to fulfill your order. You should receive a shipment confirmation email/ ready for pick up email from us within 3 – 5 working days once your order has been verified.

 

5. Can I earn Changi Reward points from my orders?

Unfortunately, any orders through The Shilla Beauty Circle will not be entitled to Changi Rewards points as this is an exclusive closed group sale.

 

6. Can I earn Shilla Access and S.Rewards points from my orders?

Unfortunately, any orders through The Shilla Beauty Circle will not be entitled to Shilla Access and S.Rewards points as this is an exclusive closed group sale.

Payment

1. What payment modes does the site accept?

2. I made a wrong payment amount. What should I do?

If you have already submitted the payment receipt to us, please contact us via the same email thread and we will advise accordingly.

Otherwise, please contact us immediately via email at ann.ngswee@samsung.com with your Order #, name, contact number, and your payment receipt and we will get back to you within 1 to 2 working days.

Delivery Information

1. What are your delivery options and how much is shipping?

  • We deliver throughout Singapore except for restricted areas.
  • A delivery fee of $7 is charged for all orders.
  • Delivery occurs from Monday to Saturday, between 9am to 10pm.

 

2. Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not. Shipping is only available throughout Singapore except for restricted areas.

 

3. When can I expect my order to be delivered?

Orders will be shipped out within 3 working days after you receive a shipment confirmation email from us. It will take between 1 to 3 working days for the parcel to be delivered from our delivery partner to the designated address.

 

4. I entered the wrong address, what should I do?

Please contact us immediately via email at sg.cs.shilladutyfree@samsung.com with your Order #, name, contact number, and your payment receipt and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

 

5. What should I do if my order has not arrived?

For all missed deliveries or non-delivered orders, you can contact us at sg.cs.shilladutyfree@samsung.com with your Order #, name, contact number, payment receipt and a short description.

Self-collection Information

1. What are your self-collection options and where do I collect?

  • We offer self-collection option with no charges.
  • You can only pick up your orders at our Terminal 3 Departure Central Store located at the Transit Lounge (in front of Immigration)
  • You may pick up your orders from our store from Monday to Sunday, between 10am to 10pm.

2. When do I know when my order is ready for collection?

You will receive an email to notify you when your order is ready for pick up.

In the event you do not receive an email in your inbox, you can contact us at sg.cs.shilladutyfree@samsung.com with your Order #, name, contact number, payment receipt and a short description.

Returns/Exchanges

1. Am I eligible for an exchange or a refund? How do I submit a request?

You will be able to return your products* back to us within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please contact us via email at sg.cs.shilladutyfree@samsung.com with your Order #, name, contact number. 

*Returns and Exchanges of sales items purchased from The Shilla Beauty Circle will be assessed case-by-case.
