Fanmeet passes will not be available for outright purchase.

The Shilla 4th Year, Thank You! Fanmeet, featuring Highlight will be held at Changi Airport Terminal 4 Departure Hall (near Check-in Row 1, Public Area) on 12 October 2018 at 3.30PM.

Please retain your physical copy of the original receipt (used for registration) for verification and entry into the Fanmeet venue upon receipt of notification of winning the Fanmeet passes.

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS 

  • Every S$200 spent in a single receipt will be entitled to one chance in the lucky draw to win a pair of passes to attend the Shilla 4th Year, Thank You! Fanmeet Featuring Highlight.
  • The nett amount will be rounded down to the nearest hundred, for example S$440 = 2 chances.
  • The nett amount shall be the “Net total” amount as stated on receipt.
  • All lucky draw entries must be submitted via the online form at http://bit.ly/shilla-highlight-fanmeet.
  • This promotion is valid at The Shilla Duty Free Cosmetics & Perfumes stores located at Terminals 1, 2, 3, 4, and Shilla Beauty Loft located at Terminal 3 of Singapore Changi Airport.
  • This promotion excludes purchases made on iShopChangi.com.
  • All entries must be submitted by 23:59 hours on 14 September 2018 (GMT+8.00). All registered entries will be verified.
  • Late entries, incomplete or invalid information, and duplicate entries will be disqualified.
  • The 70 winners will receive their confirmation via e-mail between 24 September to 1 October 2018.
  • Winners who do not respond to the confirmation e-mail within 72 hours will be voided. Fanmeet passes will be forfeited and another winner will be drawn.
  • Fanmeet passes will be claimed at the event venue on 12 October 2018. The winners will be informed of the venue and the time of collection in the confirmation e-mail.
  • Fanmeet passes are not exchangeable for cash, vouchers, or products.
  • Original receipt and official government issued identification such as NRIC, driver’s license, or passport must be presented at the point of collection.
  • Fanmeet passes are non-transferable and the name on the lucky draw submission form must match the event attendee’s identification card or passport.
  • Any suspected cases of unauthorized transfer will be barred from the event venue.
  • Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.
  • In case of dispute, The Shilla Duty Free’s decision on all matters relating to the promotion is final, and no correspondence will be entertained.
